- Shipping Methods: We currently offer standard shipping, which usually takes 3–7 business days for delivery once your order has been shipped.
- Shipping Rate: A flat-rate shipping fee applies to all orders. The exact amount will be displayed at checkout.
- Shipping Area: At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping yet.
- Tracking Information: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Return Policy
- Satisfaction Promise: We want you to love your Naturallee products. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.
- Condition of Items: To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Products must be in the same condition as when you received them.
- Return Process: To start a return or exchange, please email us with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.
- Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once returned items are received and inspected. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us immediately. We’ll replace the item or issue a refund at no extra cost to you.
- Final Sale Items: Products marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
